Artwork Specifications

To get the best results on your custom trophies, plaques, signs, name badges, and engraved gifts, please follow the artwork guidelines below when submitting logos and designs.

Accepted File Formats

  • Vector files (preferred): .AI, .EPS, or .PDF with all fonts converted to outlines.
  • High-resolution raster files: .PNG, .TIF, or .JPG at 300 DPI or higher at final size.

Logos & Line Art

  • Clean black-and-white vector line art produces the sharpest engraving.
  • Please avoid low-resolution images copied from websites (usually 72 DPI), as they do not reproduce well.

Text & Personalization

  • Double-check the spelling of names, dates, and titles exactly as they should appear.
  • Tell us your preferred font, or we will match one as closely as possible to your artwork.
