Do you offer custom engraving and personalization?

Yes. Most of our trophies, plaques, medals, signs, and gifts can be personalized. See our Art Specs page for artwork and file requirements.

How do I submit my logo or artwork?

Email your files to trophyman@trophyman.com or attach them to your order. Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) work best. Full details are on our Art Specs page.

Can I see a proof before my order is made?

For personalized and custom items, we can provide a proof for your approval before production begins. Please double-check names, dates, and spelling before approving.

How long will my order take?

Most orders are ready in 3 to 5 working days, counted from the moment you approve your proof. Turnaround moves with the artwork and the quantity, so complex or high-volume jobs can run longer. Working to a deadline? Call 800-370-3564 and we will tell you straight away whether we can hit it.

Can I visit the shop?

Yes. We are at 20934 Victory Boulevard, Woodland Hills, CA 91367, open Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with free parking out front. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday, but you can send a message any time and we will come back to you when we open. More detail on our Woodland Hills page.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all fifty United States. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or outside the U.S. See our Shipping and Returns page for full details.

What is your return policy?

Damaged or incorrect orders may be returned for repair or replacement with prior authorization. Custom and personalized items are made to order. See our Shipping and Returns page for complete terms.
